On Point Realty Nexus Privacy Policy

On Point Realty LLC and On Point Realty Nexus, also known as OPR Nexus, respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website, services, and OPR Nexus workspace.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, property interests, messages, transaction-related records, and information submitted through forms. OPR Nexus also records activity needed to deliver its CRM services, such as tasks, notes, and communication history.

Google Workspace data

A professional may optionally connect their own Google Workspace account to OPR Nexus. Ordinary Gmail sending and lead intake, Calendar, YouTube, Google Ads, and other Google integrations use the standard OPR Nexus connection. Amelia's email assistance uses a separate Google authorization. With that person's permission, OPR Nexus may send Gmail messages the professional reviews, create or update calendar events the professional requests, and display authorized Google and YouTube account information.

When automatic email lead intake is enabled, OPR Nexus periodically reads up to 50 recent messages from the connected Gmail inbox and screens them for real-estate inquiries. For a matching inquiry, OPR Nexus may store the message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient information, subject, received date, preview, relevant message body, and property or contact details in that professional's CRM. This lets the professional see the original inquiry, received time, and follow-up context in the Leads section. Nonmatching messages are not added to the CRM. Gmail read access is not used to delete or modify messages. Automatic lead intake stops after the professional revokes the OPR Nexus connection in their Google Account.

When a user expressly asks Amelia to find, read, or summarize email, OPR Nexus searches only that user's connected Gmail account. It may retrieve message identifiers, thread identifiers, subjects, senders, dates, previews, and relevant body excerpts from up to six messages selected from the preceding 30 days. Gmail read access is not used to delete or modify messages. Every outgoing email prepared by Amelia requires separate user approval before it is sent.

Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing OPR Nexus features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence models. Human review is prohibited except when needed for security, legal compliance, user-requested support, or with the user's affirmative consent. OPR Nexus does not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the visible feature the user requested, comply with law, or with that user's consent.

Google Ads data

A professional may optionally connect a Google Ads account. OPR Nexus may receive the connected Google identity, accessible customer account identifiers and names, and campaign information such as status, budget, impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions. OPR Nexus uses this data to display the account and recent campaign performance selected by the professional. OPR Nexus may create or update a Google Ads campaign only after the user requests the action and confirms the account and campaign settings; connecting an account alone does not change any campaign.

Google Ads credentials are encrypted at rest and associated with the OPR Nexus user who authorized them. Google Ads data is not sold, shared for third-party advertising, or used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence models. The user may revoke the connection through their Google Account permissions.

Amelia and OpenAI processing

Amelia is an OPR Nexus feature powered by the OpenAI API. When a user asks Amelia to work with Gmail or review Google Ads performance, only the Google data needed to answer that specific request is sent securely to OpenAI. For Gmail, this is limited to the relevant messages selected for the user's request. For Google Ads, this is limited to the selected account and campaign performance needed for the requested review. OpenAI acts as a service provider for the requested feature. API data is not used by OpenAI to train its generalized or non-personalized models. OPR Nexus disables application response storage for ordinary Amelia requests. For security and abuse monitoring, OpenAI may retain API content for up to 30 days unless a shorter approved retention setting applies. Longer-running background work may retain the response state for the period needed to finish and recover that user-requested task.

Google data supplied to Amelia is treated as untrusted content and cannot grant itself new permissions, direct Amelia to take unrelated actions, or bypass OPR Nexus approval and role safeguards. OPR Nexus's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Facebook and Instagram data

An authorized OPR Nexus user may optionally connect a Facebook account that manages a business Page or an Instagram professional account. With that user's permission, OPR Nexus may receive the account identifier and name, the list and basic details of Facebook Pages the user manages, and basic Instagram business profile information and media needed to identify the connected account. OPR Nexus requests only the permissions displayed by Facebook or Instagram during the connection process.

Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and associated only with the OPR Nexus user who authorized the connection. Meta data is used only to provide the requested account connection and related OPR Nexus features. We do not sell Meta data, share it for third-party advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Facebook and Instagram account data is not sent to Amelia or to third-party artificial intelligence providers.

TikTok data

An authorized OPR Nexus user may optionally connect their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit. With that user's permission, OPR Nexus receives the basic account identifier and profile information shown on TikTok's authorization screen, such as the display name, to verify and identify the connected account. OPR Nexus does not publish TikTok content through this connection.

TikTok access credentials are encrypted at rest and associated only with the OPR Nexus user who authorized the connection. TikTok data is used only to provide the requested account connection and related OPR Nexus features. We do not sell TikTok data, share it for third-party advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

Data retention and deletion

Connected-account credentials and related account metadata are retained while the integration is active or as needed to provide the service, protect the system, and comply with applicable law. Google, Meta, and TikTok access credentials are encrypted at rest and associated with the OPR Nexus user who authorized them. Synced Gmail lead records remain in that user's CRM until the user removes them or requests eligible deletion. A user may stop lead intake and other standard Google access by revoking OPR Nexus in their Google Account, disconnect Google Workspace for Amelia from OPR Nexus Integrations, or revoke access in their connected social account settings. Users may request deletion of eligible connected-account data by following our user data deletion instructions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide real estate services, operate OPR Nexus, communicate with users, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging privacy

When you choose to receive text messages from On Point Realty, we use your mobile number only to provide the real estate communications you requested, such as property updates, appointment reminders, and responses to your questions. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Access to connected integrations is tied to the specific account that authorized the connection. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable. Connected professionals can disconnect Google Workspace for Amelia directly from OPR Nexus Integrations, remove OPR Nexus from their Google Account third-party access settings, and revoke connected social account access. Disconnecting Amelia's Google connection revokes its Google token and deletes the saved encrypted credentials and connection metadata from OPR Nexus.
