On Point Realty LLC and OPR Nexus respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website, services, and OPR Nexus workspace.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, property interests, messages, transaction-related records, and information submitted through forms. OPR Nexus also records activity needed to deliver its CRM services, such as tasks, notes, and communication history.

Google Workspace data

A professional may optionally connect their own Google Workspace account to OPR Nexus. With that person's permission, OPR Nexus may read Gmail messages needed to display and organize CRM communication history, send Gmail messages the professional composes in OPR Nexus, and create or update calendar events the professional requests.

Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing OPR Nexus features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow human review except when needed for support, security, legal compliance, or with the user's consent. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate OPR Nexus, comply with law, or with the user's consent. OPR Nexus's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide real estate services, operate OPR Nexus, communicate with users, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging privacy

When you choose to receive text messages from On Point Realty, we use your mobile number only to provide the real estate communications you requested, such as property updates, appointment reminders, and responses to your questions. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Access to connected integrations is tied to the specific account that authorized the connection. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
