User Data Deletion

These instructions apply to Google Workspace, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts connected to OPR Nexus by an authorized On Point Realty professional.

Disconnect Google Workspace for Amelia

  1. Sign in to OPR Nexus and open Admin, then Integrations.
  2. Open the Google Workspace for Amelia card and choose "Disconnect Amelia from Gmail."
  3. OPR Nexus will request revocation from Google and remove the saved encrypted access credentials and connection metadata for that user.

You may also revoke OPR Nexus in your Google Account's third-party access settings. To request deletion without signing in, email info@theonpointrealty.com from the address associated with your OPR Nexus account using the subject "OPR Nexus Google Data Deletion Request." Do not send a password, access token, or email content.

Request social-account deletion

  1. Email info@theonpointrealty.com from the email address associated with your OPR Nexus account.
  2. Use the subject line "OPR Nexus Meta Data Deletion Request" for Facebook or Instagram, or "OPR Nexus TikTok Data Deletion Request" for TikTok. Identify every account the request applies to. Do not send a password or access token.
  3. We may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, we will remove the connected access credentials and related Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account metadata held by OPR Nexus, subject to records we must retain for security or legal compliance.

We will acknowledge a verified request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the requesting email address when the deletion is complete.

Revoke access directly

You may also remove OPR Nexus from the connected-app or business-integration settings in Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Revoking access prevents future API access. To request deletion of eligible information already stored by OPR Nexus, also follow the applicable OPR Nexus disconnect or email steps above.

What is deleted

Eligible deletion includes encrypted access and refresh credentials, connected account identifiers and display names, Google connection metadata, connected Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or TikTok profile metadata, and integration status information associated with the requesting OPR Nexus user. OPR Nexus does not maintain a separate copy of a connected Gmail mailbox. CRM information created independently of the connected account is not removed unless the requester separately asks for that information to be deleted and applicable law allows it.
