How Google Workspace is used

When a professional chooses to connect Google Workspace, On Point Realty Nexus (OPR Nexus) uses the permissions they approve to send email they review, create or update calendar events they request, and screen recent inbox messages for real-estate inquiries that can be added to that professional's lead inbox. Matching lead messages may be saved in that user's CRM so the inquiry, received time, and original message can be reviewed and followed up. OPR Nexus does not delete or modify Gmail messages. These ordinary Google features use a standard connection that is separate from Amelia's optional Gmail authorization.

When the professional explicitly asks Amelia to find, read, or summarize email, Amelia may securely process only the relevant Gmail content needed to answer that request through the OpenAI API. Amelia cannot delete or modify Gmail messages, and every outgoing email requires the professional's approval. The connection is optional and may be disconnected in OPR Nexus Integrations at any time.

OPR Nexus does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence models. Access is limited to the visible CRM features the connected professional chooses to use and is governed by OPR Nexus role and approval safeguards.

How Google Ads is used

A professional may optionally connect a Google Ads account. With that person's permission, OPR Nexus can display the Google Ads customer accounts they can access, read campaign and performance information for the account they select, and create or update a campaign only after the user requests that action. OPR Nexus does not change advertising campaigns merely because an account is connected.

If the professional asks Amelia to review Google Ads performance, only the account and campaign information needed for that requested analysis is sent securely to the OpenAI API. Google Ads data is not sold, used for third-party advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence models. The connection may be revoked from the user's Google Account.

How TikTok is used

A professional may optionally connect their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit. With that person's permission, On Point Realty Nexus (OPR Nexus) uses the basic profile access shown on TikTok's authorization screen to verify and display the connected account's identity, including its display name. OPR Nexus does not publish TikTok content through this connection.

The TikTok connection is stored securely for the OPR Nexus user who authorized it. The user may disconnect it in OPR Nexus or revoke access in TikTok at any time. TikTok profile data is not sold, used for third-party advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
